I’M RUNNING LATE, HELP!

No worries! Just text me @ 833-261-7151 or send over an email at hello@nicole-alexandra.com should you be arriving late. I will always do my best to still service you (if we have enough time) without compromising your service. There is a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late please keep in mind that we might have to adjust the service you’re booked for or reschedule your appointment.

I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE LAST MINUTE.

Kindly give a 48 hour notice should your appointment need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your service time are subject to a 50% service fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% for the full service booked. A credit card is required to reserve a service appointment.

I completely understand that hair is a significant aspect of our appearance and confidence. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your recent hair service, I offer a complimentary adjustment to ensure your complete satisfaction.

I believe that you should feel beautiful in AND out of my chair and my commitment to that is unwavering.

Therefore, if you find that your new hairstyle isn't everything you envisioned, simply reach out within a 7-day period, and we will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment for you.
